Day 3 teacher troubles

I really struggle when preparing the kids for the TAKS test. It's so boring!!! We all know we learn and teach at our best when we are enthusiastic about the subject matter. So making the TAKS prep fun is tough... Maybe even painful. :)

Reflection Question: Interact Day 2

Would Rip Van Winkle have felt right at home in your classroom this past year? Reflect on the past 2 days of Interact. Describe changes you are already thinking about for next year.

My classroom is so inviting to anyone that I think RVW would love to stop in a take a seat :) But seriously, the first days of interact have been inspring and invigorating. I am already planning on using the heck out of my new smart board. I have tweeted my big ideas for lessons and edmodo is a friend of mine.

Interact Academy

I'm at Interact Academy and having a blast learning how to use more technology in our class! I'm super excited for the school year to begin and it's only June 7th!
